{"id":383156,"date":"2026-07-23T00:27:12","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T00:27:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/383156\/"},"modified":"2026-07-23T00:27:12","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T00:27:12","slug":"data-shows-rise-in-northwest-austin-home-prices-in-june-northwest-austin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/383156\/","title":{"rendered":"Data shows rise in Northwest Austin home prices in June | Northwest Austin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The median price of homes sold in Northwest Austin increased year over year in June, according to data provided by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unlockmls.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Unlock MLS<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The overview<\/p>\n<p>Five out of seven ZIP codes in Northwest Austin saw an increase in the median sales price in June, compared to June 2025.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1784766430_295_thumbnail.jpeg\" width=\"100%\" alt=\"chart visualization\"\/>While prices rose, the number of home sales saw an uptick, from 112 closings in June 2025 to 133 this June. Homes under contract, or pending sales, also rose from 106 to 119.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1784766431_11_thumbnail.jpeg\" width=\"100%\" alt=\"chart visualization\"\/>Diving deeper<\/p>\n<p>Looking at the Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos Metropolitan Statistical Area, Unlock MLS data shows the median price saw a year-over-year increase by 1.1%.<\/p>\n<p>The market saw little change in home sales, rising by less than 1%. However, pending sales increased by 13.2%.
