Photos taken by Jamel Valencia\/KTSM<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The EPFD spokesperson said one person was transported with serious injuries, and another person was transported with minor injuries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Multiple police units have taped-off the area with a vehicle in the middle of the street as officers are overlooking the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">KTSM 9 News crews on scene spoke with some customers from nearby businesses who say they are waiting to be cleared to leave in their vehicles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The El Paso Police Department&#8217;s Special Traffic Investigation unit has been called to the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Traffic is being diverted away from the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
