TORIM seeks to help people grow as followers of Christ and carry a spirit of service into their homes, families and neighborhoods.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEverything we do is not just for our church, but it\u2019s for the community,\u201d Mutero said.<\/p>\n<p>TORIM opened in 2012 after Mutero and his family relocated from Africa. The church\u2019s official biography identifies Mutero as a native of Kenya and says his family moved to the United States in 2006 with a vision to minister to people from different cultures and backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>Mutero said the church\u2019s priorities include reaching people facing hardship, helping members grow as disciples and preparing them to serve others. The ministry summarizes that mission with the motto, \u201cEnriching Lives with God\u2019s Presence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Families and children are central to the church\u2019s approach. Mutero described the congregation as \u201ca big family\u201d where children and adults are encouraged to participate, learn and grow.<\/p>\n<p>The invitation is not limited to longtime churchgoers. Mutero said friends, neighbors and people who are still exploring their faith are welcome to attend.<\/p>\n<p>TORIM also connects faith with practical well-being. During the Daytime segment, Mutero invited people seeking prayer, health resources or a supportive community to connect with the church. TORIM\u2019s outreach history includes community health education, and the church\u2019s website highlights the work of its health ministry team.<\/p>\n<p>The broader goal, Mutero said, is to help people grow spiritually, find purpose and make a positive difference in their families and communities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.torimchurch.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">TORIM\u2019s official website <\/a>lists Sunday worship from 10 a.m. to noon at 6501 Boeing Drive, Suite I, in El Paso. The Sunday service is also available through Facebook Live.
