Tropical Storm Bertha moves inland into Texas after bringing gusty wind, minor surge to Louisiana<\/p>\n

It made landfall with sustained winds of 45mph near the Biloxi Wildlife Management area in St. Bernard Parish at 2pm.<\/p>\n
