AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) \u2014 Students across the Texas Panhandle will head back to class in August, but thousands will not have the school supplies they need because their families cannot afford them.<\/p>\n
ABC 7 is asking you to help make a difference by donating to our annual Stuff the Bus from Aug. 3-9.<\/p>\n
If you want to make your donation go a little further, Aug. 7-9 is Texas\u2019 back-to-school tax-free weekend. Click here <\/a>for a list of school supplies you can buy tax free.<\/p>\n School supplies can be dropped off at any of the four Roasters Coffee<\/a> locations:<\/p>\n 3429 Soncy Road1818 S. Georgia Street4709 Bell Street6014 Lowes Lane<\/p>\n Grab a coffee on your way to work and donate school supplies without even getting out of your car. To order ahead, download the Roaster’s app<\/a>.<\/p>\n You can also drop off supplies at Northwest Emergency at Eastern located at 4409 E Interstate 40.<\/p>\n All donated school supplies will be distributed by Teachers4Teachers<\/a>, a nonprofit organization that helps teachers support students with educational and classroom resources.<\/p>\n
