A code update process is highly technical and can take 18-24 months, according to Angel’s presentation.

Looking ahead

Angel said she will give another presentation and staff will continue this conversation at the city’s annual budget workshop this August.

Allen officials are planning to dive deeper into the 2045 Comprehensive Plan as they review the city’s land…

[15
136663,55589,136670,136667,136666,136665,136669,136668,121817,136664,160,162,161
post-387749","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-plano","tag-allen-2045-comprehensive-plan","tag-allen-city-council","tag-allen-city-planning","tag-allen-community-development","tag-allen-comprehensive-plan","tag-allen-development-regulations","tag-allen-economic-development","tag-allen-growth-planning","tag-allen-land-development-code","tag-allen-zoning-update","tag-plano","tag-plano-headlines","tag-plano-news
["GET
