Richardson Indian restaurant Bombay Republic has rebranded as Fusion Republic Indian Kitchen & Bar, co-owner Karthik Sridharan confirmed over email.<\/p>\n

Along with the name change, Fusion Republic also updated its menu<\/a>, adding salmon, lobsters, chicken platters, bao, burgers and sandwiches, which Sridharan said gives a \u201cfusion twist to the traditional Indian cuisine.\u201d The menu also includes new cocktails and mocktails.<\/p>\n
