The Picazo team has not responded to emails or calls from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.<\/p>\n The space at 3113 S. University Drive is fit for a restaurant, but there have been no further details released on renovations needed to make the space work for the new tenant.<\/p>\n Pine Isle<\/a>, another Dallas-based poke restaurant, is expected to open across the street at 3009 S. University Drive, the old Dutch Burritos Bar space.
