Gemini Logistics<\/a>, a Texas-based package delivery company and Amazon Delivery Service Partner, will open a new hub in north Fort Worth.<\/p>\n

The details<\/p>\n

Foundry Commercial<\/a>, a commercial real estate firm, announced in a July 21 news release that it will break ground on the Gemini Logistics Center at the intersection of Meacham Boulevard and Gemini Place in Fort Worth.<\/p>\n

The 15-acre Class-A industrial development will encompass 192,000 square feet across two buildings, according to the release.<\/p>\n

“The North Texas market continues to offer compelling opportunities for well-located industrial development, and Gemini Logistics Center is a great example of that,” said Daniel Davidson, vice president at Foundry Commercial. “With its proximity to I-35W and the continued population and employment growth we’re seeing in this corridor, we believe the project is well positioned to meet strong tenant demand while delivering long-term value.”<\/p>\n

The release states that Foundry Commercial noted that economic and population growth along the I-35W corridor helped shape the decision to locate the Gemini Logistics Center in north Fort Worth.<\/p>\n

It will be located near AllianceTexas, a 27,000-acre master-planned mixed-use development that features corporate headquarters, healthcare providers, higher education centers, shopping and entertainment destinations, and planned residential neighborhoods, according to previous reporting<\/a>.<\/p>\n
