Capital of Texas Highway, Unit J01B in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysanantonio.com\/business\/article\/uniqlo-austin-construction-update-22343404.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">Barton Creek Square<\/a>, is set to open in August, according to a release from the chain. This new location comes as Chubby Cattle continues to grow its Texas portfolio with two spaces in Houston and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mysanantonio.com\/food\/article\/chubby-cattle-bbq-san-antonio-22083282.php\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">another in the works for San Antonio<\/a>. No set date was shared in the release.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re excited to bring the Chubby Cattle BBQ experience to Austin,&#8221; said Chubby Group co-founder, David Zhao in a release. &#8220;It is known for its adventurous food lovers, and we believe our take on wagyu barbecue, blending authenticity, innovation, and premium ingredients, will truly resonate with the local community.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Chubby Cattle is an elevated, all-you-can-eat Japanese yakiniku barbecue concept inspired by the success of its first Chinese hotpot location in Las Vegas in 2015, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chubbycattle.com\/about-us\/\" data-link=\"native\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">its website<\/a>. Guests can enjoy an interactive experience grilling premium wagyu tableside in a sophisticated space that blends contemporary design with traditional Japanese influences.<\/p>\n<p>Chubby Cattle&#8217;s menu features fresh cut A5 wagyu, American and Australian wagyu from Chubby Group\u2019s own Oregon ranch, hand-crafted sushi and hand rolls, fresh seafood and Japanese-imported desserts, per a release. The restaurant offers a three-tiered pricing system, with each option including access to a buffet featuring fresh vegetables and fruits, unlimited milk tea, Japanese desserts and an extensive selection of side dishes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Starting at $58 per person, the Silver tier includes American and Australian\u00a0wagyu, sushi, seafood, and more. The Gold Tier ($78 per person) adds select Japanese A5 wagyu cuts to the first option and the Diamond Tier ($88 per person) includes exclusive cuts of A5 wagyu and premium meats.<\/p>\n<p>Chubby Cattle operates in Houston through its affiliated concepts, Wagyu House, an all-you-can-eat Japanese Wagyu BBQ spot located at the Galleria and Mikiya Wagyu Shabu House, an all-you-can-eat Japanese hotpot restaurant in Asiatown. The group is also expanding to open a new Chubby Cattle BBQ within San Antonio&#8217;s North Star Mall in 2027.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the Chubby Cattle Group has 13 open locations across the U.S., featuring its barbecue, shabu, and hotpot concepts.
