EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 El Paso Electric is experiencing a weather-related outage event that is impacting over 16,000 customers<\/p>\n

As of 4:59 p.m., there are a total of 74 outages according to El Paso Electric’s outage map.<\/p>\n

According to an El Paso Electric spokesperson, that while they are still gathering information, the outages appear to be weather-related.<\/p>\n

El Paso Electric told KFOX14\/CBS4 that crews are actively assessing conditions to restore service as safely and quickly as possible.<\/p>\n
