{"id":395782,"date":"2026-08-02T19:31:22","date_gmt":"2026-08-02T19:31:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/395782\/"},"modified":"2026-08-02T19:31:22","modified_gmt":"2026-08-02T19:31:22","slug":"texas-man-accused-of-shoving-bartender-at-bayside-bonds-out-victim-says-she-suffered-concussion-broken-tooth-wsvn-7news-miami-news-weather-sports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/395782\/","title":{"rendered":"Texas man accused of shoving bartender at Bayside bonds out; victim says she suffered concussion, broken tooth &#8211; WSVN 7News | Miami News, Weather, Sports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MIAMI (WSVN) &#8211; A Texas tourist is now out of jail after being accused of shoving a bartender in downtown Miami.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daniel Ramirez, 47, was arrested and booked into Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a felony battery charge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jail records showed that Ramirez posted his bond of $2,500, after he was arrested at a Royal Caribbean cruise terminal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident happened on June 28 at the Hard Rock Cafe in Bayside Marketplace, when the victim, who asked not to be identified, said Ramirez argued with her.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surveillance video captured Ramirez shoving the victim to the ground.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The victim said she ended up with a broken tooth and a concussion after her head hit the ground in a second shoving incident.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 Sunbeam Television Corp.
