{"id":397106,"date":"2026-08-04T05:26:07","date_gmt":"2026-08-04T05:26:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/397106\/"},"modified":"2026-08-04T05:26:07","modified_gmt":"2026-08-04T05:26:07","slug":"u-s-marshals-searching-for-19-year-old-accused-of-possessing-machine-gun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/397106\/","title":{"rendered":"U.S. Marshals Searching for 19-Year-Old Accused of Possessing Machine Gun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>San Antonio, Texas  \u2014 The U.S. Marshals Service is asking for the public\u2019s help in finding a 19-year-old man accused of removing his GPS monitor and violating the conditions of his pretrial release.<\/p>\n<p>Anastacio Montez-Deoca is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say Montez-Deoca was previously arrested on charges of aiding and abetting the trafficking of firearms and illegally possessing a machine gun.<\/p>\n<p>He was later released on bond under strict conditions, including home confinement and GPS location monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies said Montez-Deoca allegedly removed his GPS monitor and disappeared. He is now without court-ordered supervision.<\/p>\n<p>Montez-Deoca is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds.
