With camp set to begin Wednesday afternoon, Inside Texas holds its weekly Q&A to discuss the latest that\u2019s on the mind of community members. This week centered a lot on expectations for the younger players.<\/p>\n

Which will get snaps vs A&M? \u2013 btown1110<\/p>\n Against Ohio State: RB Derrek Cooper<\/a>, WR Jermaine Bishop<\/a>, EDGE Richard Wesley<\/a> (maybe), Kohen Brown<\/a> (ST).<\/p>\n Against A&M: Those four, plus CB Samari Matthews<\/a>, maybe LB Rocky Cummings<\/a> and\/or Tyler Atkinson<\/a>. A guy like DB Toray Davis<\/a> could find his way to special teams, and maybe even WR Chris Stewart<\/a>.<\/p>\n What\u2019s your best guess as to how the AP preseason top 10 will shakeout? I\u2019m thinking Texas starts around 3-5. \u2013 DrewALine33<\/p>\n This is tough.\u00a0<\/p>\n 1. Ohio State I almost went with Notre Dame at No. 1. They have an easy path to the playoffs and a damn good defense and O-line. Ohio State has a strong (though still developing) QB, maybe the best player in the country, and a very high floor. The media just put Georgia over Texas to win the SEC so it stands to reason the Bulldogs will be ranked ahead of Texas. Oregon is loaded with talent and on a great roster cycle. Indiana and Miami won\u2019t fall too far after last year\u2019s playoff success. Ole Miss has an absolute gamer at the helm and sympathy from the media. I think the media is late in realizing the severity of Alabama\u2019s slide. RB \u2013 Who is the \u201cstarter?\u201d The top two will rotate and Derrek Cooper<\/a> will get early carries. I do think Cooper\u2019s workload will increase throughout the year.

WR3 \u2013 Outside chance, I guess, of Jermaine Bishop<\/a> getting starter-level snaps but they love the matchups the three bigger WRs offer and Emmett Mosley<\/a> has had a terrific summer. Still, Bishop and Daylan McCutcheon<\/a> should play a lot.
TE \u2013 Starters are already somewhat interchangeable between Nick Townsend<\/a> and Spencer Shannon<\/a> but Michael Masunas<\/a> will get his share of snaps.
LT \u2013 No
LG \u2013 If Laurence Seymore<\/a> doesn\u2019t live up to expectations, maybe someone else gets the nod. Seymore has impressed so far but he needs to do it in pads.
C \u2013 Very doubtful. Connor Robertson<\/a> is the leader in the room (along with Goosby)
RG \u2013 No
RT \u2013 No<\/p>\n

DT \u2013 No
NT \u2013 Alex January<\/a> and Ian Geffrard<\/a> are co-starters. IDL is a three-man weave along with Hero Kanu<\/a>.

Star \u2013 No, but Xavier Filsaime<\/a> could play more than people think depending on matchups
