Phase 4 also includes an amenity center and sidewalks.<\/p>\n<p>Location: Carmel Rancho Avenue, PflugervilleEstimated timeline: Dec. 1-May 1, 2027Estimated cost: $529.9 million<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026537\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Aluna<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This project involves the construction of 7,305 square feet of leasing office and clubhouse space for a 372-unit apartment community.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 14335 Tandem Blvd., AustinEstimated timeline: Sept. 1-Sept. 1, 2028Estimated cost: $75 million<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026268\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Veterans Memorial Pool Expansion<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This project includes a proposed 8,000-square-foot wave pool building, a 1,250-square-foot event building and a 3,000-square-foot splash area at Veterans Memorial Park.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 2525 W. New Hope Drive, Cedar ParkEstimated timeline: Oct. 31-Oct. 31, 2027Estimated cost: $10.5 million<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026568\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AA AUS Lounge<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This project includes the interior renovation of the American Airlines lounge at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The scope includes new partitions, doors, finishes, ceiling, lighting, sprinklers and fire alarms.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 3600 Presidential Blvd., AustinEstimated timeline: Sept. 1-June 1, 2027Estimated cost: $10 million<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026673\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Westlake Dermatology<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This project involves the construction of a 4,262-square-foot building that will be the site of a new Westlake Dermatology location.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 14418 W.
