It’s a testament to the popularity of Houston singer-rapper Don Toliver that he’s returning to the Toyota Center stage after just performing there in May. His smooth, melodic, semi-trap style and his collaborations with the likes of Travis Scott and Doja Cat have turned him into a major star. He’s on the road promoting his most recent album, “Octane.”<\/p>\n
