LUBBOCK, Texas<\/a> \u2014 Texas Tech University will recognize Purple Heart Day, Friday, August 7, with a flag-raising ceremony and a three-volley salute. The ceremony will take place at 9 a.m. at Memorial Circle.<\/p>\n
