ARLINGTON, TX\u00a0\u2013 The UT Arlington volleyball team is set to host Utah Valley on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 1 p.m. CT inside College Park Center. The match will also serve as Senior Day, as the Mavericks recognize and celebrate graduating members of the program prior to first serve.

\n\tFollowing Saturday’s loss to Abilene Christian, the Mavericks now hold an 11-10 overall mark and drop to a 3-6 record in conference play.
\n\tEarlier this season, Utah Valley claimed a 3-0 sweep over the Mavericks in Provo, Utah. The Mavericks will look to even the season series as they head into Saturday’s rematch in Arlington.
\n\tThe Mavs have collected seven WAC weekly awards this season in\u00a0Samantha Glenn<\/a>\u00a0earning WAC Libero of the Week (Sep 16, Sep 30, Oct 21) and\u00a0Mira Ledermueller<\/a>\u00a0being named WAC Setter of the Week (Sep 2, Sep 30, Oct 21, Oct 28).
\n\tCurrently, the Mavericks lead the Western Athletic Conference in aces per set (No. 1, 2.09) and team service aces (No. 1, 190).
\n\tUT Arlington also ranks in the conference’s top three in seven other categories \u2013 digs per set (No. 2, 14.22), opp-hitting percentage (No. 3, .174), team assists (No. 2, 998), team attacks per set (No. 3, 34.40), team digs (No. 2, 1,294), team kills (No. 2, 1,074) and team total attacks (No. 2, 3,130).
\n\tUTA ranks NINTH in the NCAA for team services aces (190) and aces per set (2.09)
\n\tGlenn currently leads the WAC in digs per set (4.24) and ranks second in total digs (386).
\n\tLedermueller leads the WAC in assists per set (8.92), total assists with 794 and service aces with 35.
\n\tAlexis Bull<\/a>\u00a0leads the conference in aces per set (.42).
\n\tAlondra Hernandez<\/a> ranks second in the conference in service aces with 33.
