SAN ANTONIO \u2014 A man was arrested after allegedly attacking and robbing another man at a home on the city’s West Side. <\/p>\n
The incident occurred Saturday afternoon at approximately 4:42 p.m. on the 1100 block of North Sabinas Street, where officers were initially called for an assault. When they arrived, they found the victim with visible injuries to his face.<\/p>\n
The man told investigators he had gone to a residence in the 700 block of Rivas Street to drop off an item when the suspect attacked him.<\/p>\n
Police said the victim was physically assaulted and robbed before he managed to walk away from the residence. An anonymous caller later contacted authorities to report the assault.<\/p>\n
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
