The <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/tcbpm.appianportalsgov.com\/mepublicportal\">Tarrant County Medical Examiner\u2019s office<\/a> identified the man as Justin Kyle Labriola.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, witnesses reported that a white Toyota pickup truck was traveling south when a black Suzuki motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed in the second lane behind the Toyota.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses reported that the Toyota driver was changing lanes when the truck struck the motorcycle as it passed.
