119 athletes representing 68 high schools have been chosen for the San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game, presented by Valero which will showcase top local high school football players on Saturday, January 10 at the Alamodome. It\u2019s the 48th anniversary of the game, in which the area\u2019s top senior players will take the field at 5:30 p.m and will be televised by CW SA. <\/p>\n
The San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game, presented by Valero, will feature players who are committed to play for some of the top universities in the country as well as those looking for an additional chance to impress college scouts with potential scholarships to offer. 67 who were in the 2025 All-Star Game signed to play college football, including 11 who went to NCAA DI institutions. 106 were named all-district, and 9 were MVPs.<\/p>\n
For the 2026 edition, Johnson High School\u2019s head football coach TP Miller will coach Team Blue, and Alex Franco from Southwest High School will coach Team White.More than 236 players were nominated by 83 high school coaches, 108 were named to the All-District teams last year.<\/p>\n
