\u201cCooper Park Apartments is a well-positioned asset in the high-demand Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex,\u201d said William Hubbard, IPA senior director investments. \u201cThe property presents the buyer with a compelling value-add opportunity through interior renovations and amenity enhancements.\u201d Hubbard and IPA\u2019s Taylor Hill, Michael Ware, Drew Kile, and Joey Tumminello represented the seller, Bridwell Capital<\/a>, and procured the buyer, Endurance Capital<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The property\u2019s location close to Interstate 20, Interstate 30, and State Highway 360, gives residents access to points throughout the Metroplex. The University of Texas at Arlington, The Parks Mall at Arlington, AT&T Stadium, and Globe Life Field are nearby. Major employers in the area include Texas Health Resources, General Motors, and GM Financial.<\/p>\n
