Through a partnership between Austin ISD and the United Way for Greater Austin, the 2.17-acre site is set to reopen as an early childhood education center and community hub.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 1106 Rio Grande St., AustinEstimated timeline: Nov. 11-March 17, 2027Estimated cost: $2.1 million<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026026921\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Walmart renovation<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This project includes an interior and exterior remodel of an existing Walmart in Round Rock.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 2701 S. I-35 frontage road, Round RockEstimated timeline: Jan. 24, 2027-May 13, 2027Estimated cost: $1.3 million<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026027048\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tim Hortons<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This project involves the renovation of an existing 3,107-square-foot space into a Tim Hortons.<\/p>\n<p>Location: 8756 Research Blvd., AustinEstimated timeline: Oct. 1-Jan. 15, 2027Estimated cost: $750,000<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdlr.texas.gov\/TABS\/Search\/Project\/TABS2026027015\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">7 Brew<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A new 7 Brew location is coming to Leander.
