At Gyrova, they press and cook it to order on a traditional saj grill, before filling it with your choices and folding it into a wrap.

“It bakes quickly,” their spokesperson says. “We have the dough ready to put it in a dough presser, it takes 15 seconds to prepare.”

Prices range from $9 for a pita sandwich, to $10.50 for a wrap, to $12 for a bowl.

They also have dolmas — grape leaves stuffed with a seasoned rice mixture — plus falafel, French fries, and sodas. They do not serve alcohol.

Expansion is definitely in the works: The west Fort Worth location opened on August 10, but they already have a second location teed up at 8561 N. Beach St. in a former Subway, which they say will open later in August.

A new fast-casual Mediterranean concept has debuted in Fort Worth: Called Gyrova, it’s serving bowls, wraps, and pita…

[10
116,118,117,8456,423
post-403959","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-fort-worth","tag-fort-worth","tag-fort-worth-headlines","tag-fort-worth-news","tag-mediterranean","tag-openings
["GET
