Nearly 30,000 pounds of raw beef products are being recalled after being imported without being reinspected in the United States.<\/p>\n
Corte Argentino USA LLC, which is located in Florida, recalled the beef. It was produced between May 15 and May 20 and has use-by or freeze-by dates between Sept. 15 and Sept. 20.<\/p>\n
The following products are subject to recall:<\/p>\n
Various weight cardboard boxes containing \u201cFrigorIfico Gorina SAIC\u201d boneless beef \u201cTop Sirloin Butt\u201d (\u201cCuadril Sin Tapa\u201d)<\/p>\n
Various weight cardboard boxes containing \u201cFrigorIfico Gorina SAIC\u201d boneless beef \u201cEye Round\u201d (\u201cPeceto\u201d)<\/p>\n
Various weight cardboard boxes containing \u201cFrigor\u00edfico Gorina SAIC\u201d boneless beef \u201cTopside Cap Off\u201d (\u201cNalga AD S\/Tapa\u201d)<\/p>\n
Various weight cardboard boxes containing \u201cFrigor\u00edfico Gorina SAIC\u201d boneless beef \u201cFlat\u201d (\u201cCarnaza Cuadrada\u201d)<\/p>\n
Various weight cardboard boxes containing \u201cFrigor\u00edfico Gorina SAIC\u201d boneless beef \u201cKnuckle\u201d (\u201cBola de Lomo\u201d)<\/p>\n
The products subject to the recall bear the Argentinian establishment number \u201cEST. N\u00b0 OF. 2025\u201d and shipping mark \u201c26644-AA.\u201d The products were distributed to distributors and retailers in Florida and Texas.<\/p>\n
The problem was discovered during routine U.S. Dept. of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) activities. <\/p>\n
There have been no confirmed reports of illness or injury due to consumption of these products.<\/p>\n
Anyone concerned about an illness or injury should contact a healthcare provider.<\/p>\n
Regulators are concerned the product may already be in customers’ refrigerators and freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.<\/p>\n
