According to organizers, each donation can help save up to three lives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Dr. Robert Ioppolo said the cause is personal. He donated blood regularly while serving in the Army and has continued that commitment through the practice\u2019s annual event.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Vitalant said donors of all blood types are needed, with a particular need for Type O as summer months continue to put pressure on the blood supply.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">How to sign up<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Residents can register through Saturday at <a href=\"https:\/\/lubbockoralfacialsurgery.com\/blood-drive.\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/lubbockoralfacialsurgery.com\/blood-drive.\" target=\"_blank\">lubbockoralfacialsurgery.com\/blood-drive.<\/a> <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Donors who register using code AUGUST15-2026-V will receive a $15 Vitalant Rewards gift card, along with event swag.
