(Of note, 2025 first-round pick Tyler Booker did not play in the preseason opener last season.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup _1bij9g78 _1mt21p01\">Downs has had an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.star-telegram.com\/sports\/nfl\/dallas-cowboys\/article316738636.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">impressive camp<\/a>, as he has slotted in with the first-team defense at the nickel cornerback spot and has also seen increased responsibilities on the back end at safety with the second team while that room works through some injuries.
