The <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/tcbpm.appianportalsgov.com\/mepublicportal\">Tarrant County Medical Examiner\u2019s office<\/a> identified the man as Brandon Lee Webb.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, Webb was walking along the two lanes of eastbound 114 when an unknown vehicle hit him with its front-driver side and drove off without stopping.<\/p>\n<p>Webb was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
