SAN ANTONIO \u2014 Two men have been arrested after two people were robbed of their jewelry at gunpoint at J Street Park.<\/p>\n
According to an arrest affidavit, around 2 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, the victims gave Sebastian Torres Arteaga Jr., 19, Robert Rivas Jr., 18, and a third person a ride to the park at 3500 J Street.<\/p>\n
The third person pointed a handgun at one victim’s head, pulled him from the vehicle, and demanded his jewelry. The victim handed over a replica gold necklace and charm, along with gold earrings.<\/p>\n
The third person then struck the second victim several times with the handgun before that victim surrendered a gold chain and large gold pendant to Arteaga and Rivas.<\/p>\n
The three fled the scene on foot.<\/p>\n
Both victims later identified Arteaga and Rivas in photo identification presentations.<\/p>\n
