EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14\/CBS4) \u2014 A Horizon man has been arrested on three counts of indecent exposure following an investigation into reports that he exposed himself in front of multiple victims, according to the El Paso Police Department.<\/p>\n
Christian Forest Carbajal, 33, a resident of Horizon City, was arrested last Tuesday after police obtained warrants in connection with the reported incidents.<\/p>\n
Officials said the investigation began after Carbajal was reported to have exposed himself in front of several victims.<\/p>\n
Police documents describe the three different instances where victims reported seeing Carbajal allegedly pleasuring himself in public.<\/p>\n
At the gym<\/p>\n
According to the complaint affidavit, on April 30, at 12:40 p.m., Carbajal allegedly pleasured himself outside Chuze Fitness at 1430 N. Lee Trevino in East El Paso.<\/p>\n
Authorities were called after a woman reported that a man had parked his car, a black 2019 Hyundai Veloster, very close to her car and was masturbating.<\/p>\n
The woman told investigators that she could tell that he wanted her to see him, as he had all his windows down even though it was raining. <\/p>\n
The woman also told investigators that she took a picture of him. <\/p>\n
At the supermarket<\/p>\n
According to a complaint affidavit, a second victim, a woman shopping with her three-year-old daughter, on the fourth of July, told investigators that a man had parked his Hyundai Veloster very close to her as she was loading her groceries into her car outside the Sam’s Club located at 11360 Pellicano Drive in East El Paso. <\/p>\n
The victim said that because he was parked so close, she approached the Hyundai to tell the driver to move when she saw the driver with all the windows down and pleasuring himself. <\/p>\n
The victim told investigators she then felt scared for her daughter, so she finished loading the groceries quickly and left, but not before taking a photo of the Hyundai.<\/p>\n
At the park<\/p>\n
According to a complaint affidavit, the third victim was a woman who told investigators that on July 8, she was at Album Park about to go on a run when she saw, out of the corner of her eye, a Hyundai pull up and the driver touching himself while making eye contact with her. <\/p>\n
RECOMMENDED: El Paso police seek man accused of breaking into school, walking around nude<\/a><\/p>\n The affidavits also describe how investigators followed Carbajal around after the incident, writing that they observed him driving the matching Hyundai Veloster to work <\/p>\n Police said investigators later obtained warrants for Carbajal, who was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.<\/p>\n During an interrogation, the affidavits state that Carbajal “implicated himself,” acknowledging that he was there and the sole occupant inside the car, allegedly signing the photos of the victims had taken with “this is my vehicle and it’s me driving<\/p>\n Carbajal faces three counts of indecent exposure.
