Dallas\u2019 two Michelin-starred restaurants in the 2025 guide \u2014 Mamani<\/a> and Tatsu Dallas<\/a> \u2014 serve French and Japanese food, respectively. Mexican restaurants Tatem\u00f3 in Houston and Mixtli in San Antonio, meanwhile, earned stars.<\/p>\n Chef-owner Regino Rojas of Revolver Taco Lounge and its Michoac\u00e1n tasting room, Pur\u00e9pecha, was a 2025 James Beard Award nominee<\/a> for Best Chef in Texas.
