An 18-year-old man was killed and another was injured in a shooting early Tuesday at a North Side apartment complex, according to the San Antonio Police Department.<\/p>\n
The shooting occurred around 12:10 a.m. at the Woodhill Apartments in the 4900 block of Woodstone Drive, near Interstate 10 and Huebner Road, according to a preliminary police report.<\/p>\n
Police said three suspects arrived in a Toyota 4Runner, got out and opened fire on two 18-year-old men who were standing outside the apartments. One was shot in the upper body and the other in the leg.<\/p>\n
The suspects drove away in the Toyota. Investigators later found the SUV abandoned nearby and determined it had been stolen, according to the police report.<\/p>\n
Both victims were taken to a local hospital, where the 18-year-old who was shot in the upper body was pronounced dead. The\u00a0Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office will release his identity and determine his cause and manner of death.<\/p>\n
Police have not identified the suspects, and no arrests have been made.
