Organized by the James Beard Award-winning <a href=\"https:\/\/southernsmoke.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/southernsmoke.org\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_0\" data-category=\"click_non_sales\">Southern Smoke Foundation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/secrethouston.com\/texas-sized-food-festival-houston-october\/\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" target=\"_self\" class=\"shortcode-outbound-link\" data-has-ga=\"true\" data-ga-type=\"click\" data-label=\"https:\/\/secrethouston.com\/texas-sized-food-festival-houston-october\/\" data-action=\"text_cta_1\" data-category=\"click_internal\">Southern Smoke Festival<\/a> will bring together nearly 100 celebrated chefs, beverage artists, and hospitality leaders to raise funds for food and beverage workers experiencing crisis nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>Heavyweight Culinary Lineup<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 2026 roster features 88 chefs from across the country, alongside a strong showing of local Houston talent. Attendees will find familiar local names such as Aaron Bludorn (Bludorn), Leonard Botello IV (Truth BBQ), Rebecca Masson (Fluff Bake Bar), and Ryan Pera (Coltivare). <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They will be joined by acclaimed national figures, including Tyson Cole (Uchi), Aaron Franklin (Franklin Barbecue), and Nina Compton (Compere Lapin).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to food, the event will highlight leading craft cocktail and wine bars from both Houston and other major cities. The YETI Culinary Stage will feature live cooking demonstrations from industry veterans, emceed by chef and YouTuber Brad Leone. Additionally, the 2026 class of Food &amp; Wine\u2019s Best New Chefs will cook together for the first time in a dedicated area, while local bookshop Kindred Stories will be on-site hosting cookbook signings.<\/p>\n<p>A Festival for a Cause<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The core mission of the Southern Smoke Festival is to fund the foundation\u2019s ongoing relief efforts.
