Chefs, restaurants, sommeliers and other food and drink professionals will host tastings, demonstrations and live events throughout the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>The festival kicks off Friday with Made In Texas, a 7 to 9:30 p.m. dine-around on the Long Center Terrace showcasing Texas ingredients and culinary traditions. Chefs include &#8220;Iron Chef&#8221; finalist Esther Choi, James Beard Award semifinalist Kevin Lee, four-time James Beard Award winner Andrew Zimmern, Damon Cook of Uchi, Amir Hajimaleki of Roya, Sarah McIntosh of \u00e9picerie, Alexa Mejia of Emmer &amp; Rye and others.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday and Sunday will feature the Chef Showcase, with bites from more than 50 restaurants throughout the weekend, along with cooking demonstrations, wine, beer and cocktail tastings and the returning Fire Pit. Among the participating restaurants are Alte\u00f1o, Bill\u2019s Oyster, Eberly, Eldorado Caf\u00e9, Intero, Loro, Lutie\u2019s, Mum Foods, Poeta, the Peached Tortilla and Yellow Ranger, with more to be announced.<\/p>\n<p>Chefs hosting demonstrations include Choi, Richard Blais, Lee and Zimmern. On Saturday, Nov. 7, attendees can also add a Hands-On Grilling session with chef Tim Love, who will lead guests through preparing a meal over charcoal.<\/p>\n<p>VIP tickets include Saturday and Sunday festival access, early entry, a VIP lounge and Friday\u2019s Made In Texas event. Weekender tickets cover Saturday and Sunday, while single-day Grand Taste tickets are available for either Saturday or Sunday. Standalone tickets are also available for Made In Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Ticket prices vary by package, with single-day tickets starting at $185 for Friday, $205 for Saturday and $200 for Sunday. Hands-On Grilling is an additional option available with any festival ticket.
