WASHINGTON (TNND) \u2014 Texas GOP Attorney General Ken Paxton said he has concerns about the way supporters of Sophie Cunningham have been treated by the Women\u2019s National Basketball Association.<\/p>\n

“Look, I think they\u2019re working on it,” Paxton said during an interview with Fox News Digital.<\/a> “I have concerns … but I\u2019m hopeful that things are getting better in that regard.”<\/p>\n

Paxton\u2019s statements come after reports of supporters of Indiana Fever player Cunningham being mistreated.<\/p>\n

Recently, there have been pro-Cunningham rallies to show support of the player who said that biological men shouldn\u2019t play in women\u2019s sports.<\/p>\n

The rally in Toronto, Canada<\/a>, consisted of people wearing XX-XY Athletics T-shirts.<\/p>\n

There was another report where a mother and daughter<\/a> said they were threatened to be kicked out of an Indiana Fever game because of the XX-XY shirts they were wearing.<\/p>\n

A security guard reportedly told them that fans were offended by their shirts so they had to change or they would be escorted out of the building.<\/p>\n

Paxton said he wanted to make sure fans were being treated fairly.<\/p>\n
