\nJunior Skylar Miller<\/a> doubled the lead in the 51st minute with a header from juniors Jada Arthurs<\/a> and Blake Hodgson<\/a>.

\nFreshman Elle Sloan<\/a> notched her first-career goal as junior Laney Gonzales<\/a> served a cross into the box for Sloan to head into the net in the 61st minute.

\nAfter a missed handball was reviewed and overturned, senior Adelhia Ghonda<\/a> stepped to the spot and sank the penalty kick in the 68th minute to put the Cougars up 4-0.

\nTarleton State (0-1-2) got on the board in the 87th minute when Peyton Bryant found Naomi Langille in space for the finish.
