{"id":416385,"date":"2026-08-25T16:36:07","date_gmt":"2026-08-25T16:36:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/416385\/"},"modified":"2026-08-25T16:36:07","modified_gmt":"2026-08-25T16:36:07","slug":"homesusa-days-on-market-improves-in-houston-new-home-market-as-sales-stall","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/416385\/","title":{"rendered":"HomesUSA: Days on market improves in Houston new-home market as sales stall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The pace of new-home sales increased in Houston for the third month straight in July, according to the latest report from <a href=\"https:\/\/homesusa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">HomesUSA.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Across the Bayou City, days on market fell to 98.4, down from 102.9 a month prior.<\/p>\n<p>However, new-home sales decreased from 2,164 in June to 2,121 in July.
