Cameras are rolling again on Taylor Sheridan\u2019s \u201cThe Madison.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n

The Paramount+ series released its six-episode first season in March. Michelle Pfeiffer stars in the series that filmed scenes in Montana and North Texas,<\/a> where the region stood in for New York City.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Madison\u201d is coming back for a second season, which already filmed last fall<\/a> in the same two regions.<\/p>\n

However, a couple of actors in the show were recently spotted filming on location in the Big Apple. Could this be for season 2 or the already announced season 3?<\/a><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what to know.<\/p>\n

\u2018The Madison\u2019 filming scenes in NYC<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Madison\u201d is currently shooting season 2 scenes in New York, according to a Paramount+ insider.<\/p>\n

On Aug. 21, Now Filming in NYC<\/a> posted on Instagram that the show was filming in the city. Production continued over the weekend, including scenes featuring actors Patrick J. Adams and Rebecca Spence.<\/p>\n

Series director Christina Alexandra Voros also posted on Instagram last week<\/a>, writing that she was celebrating a \u201cworking birthday\u201d in the Empire State.<\/p>\n

The production comes after \u201cThe Madison\u201d filmed season 2 in Montana and North Texas from September to December. Filming in the Metroplex<\/a> took place in Dallas and Fort Worth.<\/p>\n

Not much is known about how the story will push forward in season 2, but Pfeiffer has teased where her character goes emotionally.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will say that the reality of really what it means to be [in Montana], without the skill sets to be there, it starts to sink in more and more as season 2 goes on,\u201d Pfeiffer told the Los Angeles Times in May.<\/a> \u201cIt becomes harder and more dangerous and begins to unravel.\u201d<\/p>\n

No release date has been set for \u201cThe Madison\u201d season 2.<\/p>\n

In addition to the previously mentioned cast, the show stars Kurt Russell, Matthew Fox, Elle Chapman, Beau Garrett, Amiah Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, Danielle Vasinova, Kevin Zegers and Will Arnett.<\/p>\n

Production on season 3 is expected to begin in early 2027.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Madison\u201d season 1 is streaming on Paramount+.<\/p>\n
