The vehicle continued through a grassy area, crossed Southgate Street and struck the enclosure.<\/p>\n<p>The driver, who was the vehicle\u2019s only occupant, was found unresponsive and taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary information indicates the driver, whose identity was not released, may have experienced a medical emergency before the crash, police said.
