The firm recently acquired 301-321 N. Bishop Ave., bringing more mixed-use properties into the organization\u2019s portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>The properties currently house Hunky\u2019s, Palmieri Caf\u00e9, Dolly on Bishop,<a href=\"https:\/\/oakcliff.advocatemag.com\/2025\/10\/kawaii-candle-co-2\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Kawaii Candle Co.<\/a> and Simply Bella. In addition to the Bishop Arts acquisitions, 90Ten has acquired 2908-2937 Greenville Ave., which includes Sister, Caf\u00e9 Duro, Goodwins, Goodwins To Go and Casa Duro.<\/p>\n<p>Financial information for the deals has not been released and transactions for the deeds have not been recorded, according to the Dallas Business Journal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDallas continues to solidify its position as one of the country\u2019s most dynamic retail markets, and we\u2019re excited to deepen our investment in the city through two of its signature neighborhoods,\u201d said Tripp Russ, managing partner of 90Ten, in a press release. \u201cBishop Arts and Lower Greenville represent exactly the type of upscale, urban trade areas we\u2019re seeking \u2014 places with exceptional real estate, strong local operators and best-in-class brands that create lasting value.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Photo courtesy of 90Ten.
