The 59-year-old woman’s cause of death remains under investigation<\/p>\n

FREDERICKSBURG, Texas \u2013 A woman was found dead Thursday on a Hill Country state park trail, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department said.<\/p>\n

First responders from several local departments were notified around 3 p.m. Thursday of a possible death at Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, a spokesperson for TPWD said. <\/p>\n

A 59-year-old woman from East Texas was found dead on the west side of the park. <\/p>\n

The department said her cause of death remains under investigation.<\/p>\n

This is the second death at Enchanted Rock this year. <\/p>\n

In May, KSAT reported an 81-year-old missing woman<\/a> was found dead on the Loop Trail at Enchanted Rock.<\/p>\n
