{"id":423563,"date":"2026-09-02T04:06:07","date_gmt":"2026-09-02T04:06:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/423563\/"},"modified":"2026-09-02T04:06:07","modified_gmt":"2026-09-02T04:06:07","slug":"burger-bodega-sets-opening-date-for-katy-location-katy-fulshear","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-tx\/423563\/","title":{"rendered":"Burger Bodega sets opening date for Katy location | Katy &#8211; Fulshear"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Houston-based smashburger restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/katy-north\/dining\/burger-bodega-expanding-with-new-brick-and-mortar-in-katy\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Burger Bodega<\/a> is set to open its new Katy location in mid-September, officials announced in a Sept. 1 news release.<\/p>\n<p>The Katy location, which was first announced in <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/katy-north\/dining\/burger-bodega-expanding-with-new-brick-and-mortar-in-katy\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">late 2024<\/a>, will join the eatery\u2019s original Houston restaurant located on Washington Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>What you need to know<\/p>\n<p>Founded by Abbas Dhanani in 2022, the restaurant features a \u201cNew York bodega-inspired atmosphere\u201d offering smashburgers, sandwiches, fries and milkshakes.<\/p>\n<p>The Katy restaurant will seat over 100 people and have a patio for outdoor dining, per the news release.
