The independent communications and marketing firm that oversees brands such as Bludorn, Howard Hughes and the Four Seasons is set to relocate to an approximately 6,300-square-foot boutique office building in Upper Kirby this October.<\/p>\n
The move also comes with the expansion of the company’s specialized capabilities across arts, culture, community engagement, programming and events, according to an Aug. 24 news release.<\/p>\n

Public Content is a Houston-based agency that was formed in 2018 by co-owners Stuart Rosenberg and Amy Johnston. The company started on a foundation of media relations, social media and community engagement and has since grown to encompass marketing, creative services and content development.<\/p>\n
Per the release, the marketing agency’s move to River Oaks Green is in part led by the group’s decision to increase its range of services.<\/p>\n

Public Content recently launched a dedicated arts and culture department led by director Anabeth Guthrie, a former chief communications officer for the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n
Similarly, the company also expanded its programming and events capabilities in recent months to respond to demand for placemaking initiatives for tax increment reinvestment zones, management districts, mixed-use developments and master-planned communities, per the release.<\/p>\n

\u201cPublic Content has grown by continually identifying where our clients\u2019 needs are headed and investing in the people and capabilities to meet them,” Rosenberg said via the release. \u201cDoubling our office footprint is a tangible reflection of that growth, but the more important story is what is happening inside it.”<\/p>\n
Rosenberg said the agency’s goal is to “build departments that can stand on their own” and compete with specialized agencies.<\/p>\n
“We\u2019re doing that by building seasoned, experienced teams around each line of service,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Public Content recently hired a new public relations manager, senior copywriter and senior account manager.
