The erosion control project will take place at a section near Spring Creek Parkway and Pleasant Valley Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Pflanz said the first phase of the project involved identifying locations that needed erosion control before the design process started Sept. 1.<\/p>\n<p>The city approved $515,000 for Freese and Nichols, Inc. to provide designs for the project at a meeting Aug. 24.
