Dallas police are seeking the public\u2019s assistance in three homicide investigations, including the fatal shooting of a 65-year-old man whose death was announced Friday.<\/p>\n
The Dallas Police Department identified the latest victim<\/a> on September 4 as Marvin Harper.<\/p>\n Man Shot Along Great Trinity Forest Way<\/p>\n Officers responded to a reported shooting in the 8000 block of Great Trinity Forest Way at approximately 6 a.m. on August 21.<\/p>\n The department\u2019s preliminary investigation determined that an individual shot Harper and fled before officers arrived. Harper was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead sometime later.<\/p>\n Police have not publicly disclosed a possible motive, released a description of the suspected shooter, or explained what may have occurred before the gunfire.
