He is accused of killing Rosa Linda Ybarra, 67, and Felix Antonio Jimenez Macz, 47, on Sept. 3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">According to the criminal complaint, Jackson allegedly shot Ybarra and shot and stabbed Jimenez Macz during the same act. The complaint does not list a possible motive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">Houston police officers responded around 6:45 p.m. Thursday to the apartment complex in the 9500 block of Ella Lee Lane, near South Gessner Road and Westheimer Road. Police said a maintenance worker and a resident who was trying to pay rent discovered the two victims inside the management office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">Investigators previously said they did not believe the deaths were a murder-suicide and believed a third person was involved. Detectives were reviewing surveillance video and speaking with possible witnesses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">Jackson was arrested Sept. 4, according to court records. Bond has not been set.
