As they approached, an officer saw Ramirez raise his phone above his shoulder, pointing it toward a woman standing on the elevated ramp above him. Police confirmed the phone was actively recording a video.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The victim was notified of the recording at the scene and chose to press charges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Texas A&amp;M University Police took over the investigation and seized Ramirez\u2019s phone as evidence. Ramirez was booked into the Brazos County Jail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Ramirez was working at Kyle Field Saturday night, but officials clarified he is not an employee of Texas A&amp;M University.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Instead, Ramirez was employed by <a href=\"https:\/\/sscserv.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/sscserv.com\/\">SSC Services for Education<\/a>, a third-party custodial services provider. Following the incident, the company terminated his employment and released a statement. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cAs a third-party custodial services provider, we at SSC take the safety of students and the entire community very seriously. We are aware of the incident at Kyle Field and are cooperating with the appropriate authorities. The individual\u2019s employment has been terminated effective immediately.
