The workers were identified as Ramon Avilez-Frias and Maria Del Pilar Moreno-Loredo, and both were taken into custody because they lacked lawful immigration status. Cisco&#8217;s said the two long-standing employees were parked outside the Austin Tex-Mex restaurant at 6 a.m. Monday when agents detained and arrested them.
