Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that Justin Cohen<\/a>\u00a0has joined its intellectual property disputes team as a partner in the Dallas office<\/a>, continuing the growth and diversification of the firm\u2019s national IP disputes<\/a>\u00a0platform. With years of litigation<\/a>\u00a0experience and a background in electrical and computer engineering, Justin adds depth to the firm\u2019s offering for technology-driven industries as IP litigation risks tied to rapid innovation continue to grow.<\/p>\n

Coming from Holland & Knight, Justin represents clients in IP disputes involving software, telecommunications and semiconductor technologies, with first-chair trial experience in patent and trademark disputes before federal courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board<\/a>, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board<\/a> and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit<\/a>. He also regularly assists companies in protecting their brands from trademark infringement. <\/p>\n
