“South Arlington doesn’t get the attention the 360 corridor does, but the labor pool is right there and I-20 puts a tenant across the Metroplex in half an hour,” said Chris Martin, SVP of Southwest Industrial Development & Acquisitions at Provident Industrial. “We delivered in January and signed our first lease in February.
